IanĀ andĀ EdĀ bring you the first episode of a new era, as the 1912 Exiles join theĀ Teras media group stable. As we explain, this will make little difference to your experience as a listener, but weāre excited about working with some really great people to hopefully grow the podcastās reach in Wales.
The bulk of the episode is a bit of a stocktake, as we divine what fans have learned from three successive 0-0 draws, and how County might break the deadlock with games coming up against Wimbledon and Carlisle. We also look back onĀ our interview with Nelson Jardim, and what the big takeaways were.
Donāt forget, you can now find us onĀ BlueskyĀ andĀ MastodonĀ as well asĀ yer Twitters,Ā yer Facebooks,Ā yer LinkedInsandĀ yer YouTubes. You can alsoĀ donate to our ko-fiĀ if you like what we do. A short episode, with Ian bringing you a match diary from a very cold but worthwhile trip to Nottingham for County's away draw at Meadow Lane. Along the way, we also hear from debutant Paul as well as old regulars Stu, Chris and Ollie.
As Ed mentions in the intro, do go back and listen to Ep202 for our interview with Nelson Jardim if you haven't heard it yet. And do recommend it to your fellow County fans if you found it a good listen.

An exciting milestone for the pod, as Ian & Ed sit down with County's head coach, Nelson Jardim, for an in-depth chat about his roots, his influences, his footballing philosophy... and his wine recommendations! A must-listen episode for all County fans.
As Jamie says at the start of the pod, there's a lot going on behind the scenes at the moment as we switch from one media partner to another and also - very proudly - begin a partnership with the Riverside Sports Bar. We'll have a bit more info for you over the following weeks - but for now please bear with us if our usually regular release schedule is a little inconsistent. It will be worth it, we assure you! We'll bring you our in-depth round-up of recent games soon, hopefully including an Ian match diary from the boys' trip to Notts County on Saturday.
You can contact us via all the social media outlets - including now Bluesky as well - and you can also donate to our ko-fi if you'd like to support what we do. Thanks to Tinty & The Bucket Hats for letting us use Discoland as our theme tune. Keep It County!

What better way to mark our Double Ton of episodes than by bringing you even more voices than usual! First there's a (very brief) live conflab outside the marquee before the Fleetwood game where Rhys, Ed and Jack contemplate how Newport County have changed in the seven years we've been podding. Then we listen back to Ed asking Hwyligan about what he saw at Priestfield on Tuesday night, before Rhys and Jamie ponder the Fleetwood game and what might have been.
Thank you to everyone who listens - whether you've been with us since Pod #1 or whether Pod #200 is your first time hearing us. You're all very welcome to get in touch via Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn; you can also donate to our ko-fi if you'd like to support what we do.
For now, big thanks to Tinty & The Bucket Hats for letting us use Discoland as our theme tune, and Keep It County!

After a dozen games of the Fourth Division season, we decided now was the time to have a bit of a deep dive into tactics. Ed, Ian and Jack discuss fulcrums ("fulcra"?), double pivots, and inverted wingers, drawing on what they collectively saw in recent games against Harrogate, Bradford and Chesterfield. We also check in on progress by our featured local teams in focus, Undy Women AFC and Chepstow Town, and Jack starts a beef with Spytty The Dog.
As ever, you can contact us viaĀ Twitter,Ā FacebookĀ orĀ LinkedIn. We also say at the start of the pod that if you visit our ko-fi pageĀ then you can either give us a few quid a month, or you can buy one of our few remaining sticker packs - all funds support the pod with our costs.
Many thanks for listening - and thanks also to Tinty & The Bucket Hats for letting us use Discoland as our theme tune.

In a classic āgive the public what the public want to hear moveā, the 1912 Exiles bring you a double portion of our man on the northern beat,Ā Ian Street. The perfect guide for a bumper week of Yorkshire away days ā first at Bradford City on Monday and then at Harrogate Town on the Saturday. Both defeats, of course, but as youāll hear there are some positives to be found amidst Countyās truly woeful away form. On the way he hears fromĀ Ollie,Ā Stu,Ā Chris, Nathan and Andrew; if you want to be like them and come on the pod for a chat, our DMs are open.

A minipod this one, with Rhys and Ed giving a quick ten-minute analysis of the 3-1 win over Salford, and predicting consistent inconsistency for the rest of a tumultuous Fourth Division season. Send us your thoughts via Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn; you can also donate to our ko-fi if you'd like to support what we do.
We'll have match diaries from Bradford and Harrogate next week via our man on the nortern beat, Ian Street. Until then, thanks for listening - and thanks also to Tinty & The Bucket Hats for letting us use Discoland as our theme tune.

Ed is joined by Chris Kirwan of the South Wales Argus to revel in a deserved but unexpected victory at home to Crewe. They touch on Chris' talking points from the game (which are well worth a read) and consider the result in the wider context of a developing squad under a new manager.
As always we welcome your thoughts via Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn. You can also make a monthly donation to our ko-fi account to help us with the pod's running costs. If you can chip in £2pm, we would hugely appreciate it.

It's Ian in the chair for this one, joined by Ed and Ollie to discuss consecutive heavy defeats to Port Vale and Swindon Town. Our trio strive for a balanced and constructive perspective, identifying the shortcomings and diagnosing possible solutions but without wallowing too much in the gloom. See whether you think their analysis gets it about right - and if you don't, contact us via Twitter, Facebook or LinkedIn to give your views.
We also thank the people who make a monthly donation to our ko-fi account to help us with the pod's running costs. If you can chip in £2pm, we would hugely appreciate it.
