Joining me is a guy who worked for General Mills, but he wanted to start his own company.
He started doing research and one of the things he did was go to Google Trends. He said, “Hey, I drink cold brew coffee and it looks like people are searching for cold brew coffee more and more. I’ll just try launching a cold brew coffee company.” He did. The company is called Bizzy Coffee and it’s been selling on Amazon.
Before the interview started Alex French, the founder told me that getting customers on Amazon is easy but now he’s transitioning to getting them to the website. I want to talk about that problem in the interview.
