Dr. Tom Spicer had his Ah-ha moment in his younger years as he was practicing his martial arts where many of his colleagues and himself had injuries and were treated by a Chiropractor. He then became one. He had his Chiropractic and Nutrition Clinic in Minneapolis for 15 years. As of the moment he is a Premier Research Labs Account Executive. In this episode, he speaks on his favorite topic on Digestive Challenges that Affect our Health as We Age. Everyone is aging. Noticing what's happening with our digestive system brings about the awareness of what factors from food consumption to worries that could affect one's digestive system.
