To me, setting ourselves up for a successful year means making SMART goals. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely quarterly goals for ourselves that are fully within our control. Even though we can't control booking this costar or that guest star, we can control the habits and systems we use to prepare ourselves for our next role or help us be healthier, happier humans.
