Some enterprises have begun to take steps to incorporate sustainability in their businesses, choosing sustainably sourced raw materials or adopting the relevant sustainability standards.

Separate and recycle waste 垃圾分類與回收

School children know how to separate waste into those that can be recycled such as plastics and paper, and those that can’t.

小學生都知道怎麼把垃圾分類成可以回收再利用的，例如塑膠和紙類，以及沒辦法回收的。

A: We should set the air conditioner’s temperature a bit higher.

我們應該把冷氣機的設定溫度調高一點。

B: Why? It’s very hot out there!

為什麼? 外面很熱呢!

A: Well, it would be better to set it at 27 or 28 degrees to save energy.

為了節省能源，把冷氣機溫度訂在27或是28度比較好。

B: That’s too warm!

Starting July 1st, those who bring their own cups, water bottles or hydro flasks when buying drinks at soft drink stores, fast food chains or convenience stores will get a discount of 5 NT.
