In my country, there are a lot of people who have made great contributions for the betterment（改善） of our society. At this time, I am proud to talk about the father of Alibaba.

He is Jack Ma. If you are going to look at his physical appearance（外貌）, he is just common and might look like an ordinary one. He is short in height but has a big impact on every Chinese citizen.

Jack Ma has developed a lot of websites and applications（应用） that have greatly changed our daily lives. Alibaba, his company, is the top shopping website in our country. Through his company, our shopping experience（购物体验） became easier, safer and better. Instead of going out of our house, we just need a click on our phones and just in a few days or hours, we would immediately get our stuff（东西） at the door of our houses. Jack Ma also developed Alipay. This is an online payment（在线支付） application, which is an alternative（替代物，选择） of using cash or paper money. At this period of health crisis, Alipay is indeed very useful in reducing contact（减少接触） with other people. Instead of handing them personally the money, we could just scan through our phones. Hence, his creation is a safe tool against Covid-19.

Besides, Jack Ma has been donating a lot of money to charity groups. He had been so passionate（热诚的）about helping people, especially those who live under the poverty line（处于贫困线以下）. He provides food, shelters（住处，避难所） and education to them by using his own money.

We, in China, are very grateful to the contributions of Jack Ma. Our country has developed well because of his initiatives（倡议） and projects.
