Ken McElroy got his start during college, when he took a job managing an apartment complex. The turning point came when the property owner dropped by the office to pick up his check for the month. Ken decided that one day he would be on the other side of the desk, picking up his own check. Fueled by determination, Ken bought his first investment property. It was a small property that barely turned a profit, but it didn’t matter. Ken was hooked.

Since then, Ken has experienced great success in the real estate world – from investment analysis and property management to acquisitions and property development. Together with his real estate investment company, MC Companies, Ken has transacted over $1 billion in real estate.

Neal Bawa is a technologist who is universally known in real estate circles as the Mad Scientist of Multifamily. Besides being one of the most in-demand speakers in commercial real estate, Neal is a data guru, a process freak, and an outsourcing expert. Neal treats his $1 billion-dollar portfolio as an ongoing experiment in efficiency and optimization.
