This week we have an interview with Mizzou’s beam queen Helen Hu, who is a fifth year senior and three-time All-American on beam. Helen retired after the 2023 season but returned to the sport after traveling abroad for a year and hasn’t missed a beat so far this season, scoring the first perfect 10 of the 2025 season and the first perfect 10 of her career last weekend against Oklahoma. We are so excited that we got the chance to talk with Helen about that moment as well as her decision to return to the sport.
