Just me showing up exactly as I am: a bit flat, a bit uninspired, and wondering if that’s something you’ve been feeling too. Sometimes you’re buzzing with ideas, and other times you’re staring at a blank page. And that’s not failure – that’s being human.

From the pressure of running a business and organising big events like MANI-FEST, to the comparison trap we fall into online, I want to remind you that dips in energy aren’t a sign you’re off track. They’re actually invitations to rest, to recalibrate, to realign. If you’ve been feeling stuck or flat lately, I think you’ll find comfort in this reminder: you don’t need to be perfect to show up. You just need to be real!
