Brittany Nelson  is a lifelong writer and seeker of deeper answers. She has spent the past 15 years exploring the natural realms of health and healing, from yoga to plant medicine ceremonies to Tarot. As a certified 500-hour registered Yoga Teacher and 600-hour Ayurveda Health Counselor, her goal is to help highly-sensitive women understand, embrace, and love their bodies through the powerful, ancient tradition of Ayurveda — without the strict diets or cultural overwhelm. Brittany has created a 1-1 program called: NOURISHED: an Intuitive and Health Counseling program for women. In this 5-month container, clients meet with her for 6 health counseling sessions and they also get 10 Ayurveda classes to learn this ancient system for themselves and their family, empowering their health (on a physical, mental, and emotional level).
