Joel founded MYNDUP after experiencing his own mental health struggles, brought on by spending months in and out of hospital with an undiagnosed physical illness. MYNDUP aims to end the "one-size-fits-all" approach to mental health, by ensuring that people have access to support from professionals across the entire mental health spectrum.
