This is a crappy radio or TV proposal that a TV or radio station will send over to a local contractor, hoping that they will sign it without really understanding what it is they are buying. Rich has had a couple of these sent his way recently for evaluation, which told him that it's time to do another podcast on this topic, so he can expose the tactic and save you from a bad media buy.
