In this Friday Facts episode, I am sharing my thoughts on how we can only buy into or subscribe to one story at a time.  We tend to get stuck on where we have been, what we have lived through and all the challenges we’ve had to experience, and that keeps our energy focused on the past.  That is energy we cannot use to focus on where we are going and how we are moving towards our future.  We can only hold onto one story at a time, holding onto two means we go nowhere and that is not what we are here to do.
