Join me for today’s RowAlong! This is a "Friday Fun" session in the 5K Every Day series. While I’m rowing a 5000m piece, the goal for you is simply to spend 21-22 minutes on the machine, moving at your own pace and focusing on your form.


In this video, I’m doing a proper row test of the RowMo handles. I'll share how they impact wrist mobility, shoulder activation, and stroke length. I also have a "comedy of error" moment with the imersURow app!
