It's another Throwback Thursday, where we dig into the vault and find gold from days gone by. Here, we join Rich on a Tuesday Morning Ad Clinic, where a client submitted a large, gangly folder for Rich to critique. The folder was to be handed to customers after a job was over, with the goal of asking--and getting--referrals. It was very complex, and also involved a reloadable Visa gift card. Rich listened patiently to the explanation, then gave one of the best 25-minute explanations of how to REALLY get referrals you'll ever hear.
