In this episode of The Real Build, I was privileged to sit down with award-winning interior designer Nina Takesh.  Nina is an interior designer in Beverly Hills, California.  She has worked with many high profile clients such as Britney Spears, Gwen Stefani, Jennifer Lopez, Victoria Beckham, and many more.  She is the Co-Founder, CEO, and creative force behind the Luxury Brand Petit Tresor.  Nina has been featured by premier publications and websites including Wallstreet Journal and People Magazine.  She also worked in Paris at Fashion House Guy Laroch.

Nina and I talked about many design topics and trends, and discussed how having an eye for detail is rare in our industries.  We both can agree we believe we were born to be in the construction and design industries.  Growing up, Nina always loved architecture.  She used to look at magazines and draw different interiors.  Fast forward to today and she is one of the best designers in Beverly Hills.

We all either do what we do because we love it and have a passion for it or we do something we don't enjoy and it shows.  Nina's passion for designing homes, making the process easier for her clients, and knowing how homes are built inside and out has made her stand out from the rest of the competition.
