Barbara has been an RN for over 60 years, 15 of those years were in Public Health in a city on the border where she learned a new culture and a new language. The past 30 years have been devoted to holistic nursing.. In 1992 she created the High Mesa Healing Center where she practices many modalities of holistic nursing.She is an international traveler as she follows her love of learning and integrating the many ways of healing. She transformed her experience as being bullied in her previous nursing experience in a health department into building a community where holistic practitioners can make their services available for all who seek holistic healing

In this episode, you will not only listen to her holistic journey as a trailblazer in creating a healing center when integrative medicine was not even a buzz word yet, but you are blessed with her presence as she express her deep devotion to be the love and be of service to anyone in anyway possible.

At High Mesa Healing Center, a labyrinth was created as another way of releasing whatever you need to let go, receiving what you need to receive and returning to the Higher source and to the present moment in balance and harmony. She also shares how she uses her pendulum for dowsing when she needs to make choices including grocery shopping.
