#231: Their Reaction is Not Your Responsibility

In this "Monday mindset'' episode, I am sharing my thoughts and experiences the limiting beliefs and factors that arise when women want to share their stories.  One of the most common comments I receive is “how will they react?”  I share my thoughts and points on how to share authentically, respect and keep things in perspective.

In today’s episode we discuss:1) Learning to speak with respect, especially when your story involves other people.2) Being clear on your intentions and speaking with perspective and ownership and not blame. 3) Owning what is yours and taking responsibility for yourself4) Learning how to let go of how others react to you and your choices.  It is not yours to fix, manage or control.
