A Roofing company submits some stuff they had written up that was to be used in communicating with members of a homeowner's association they were targeting… and Rich gets to work doing his thing… taking words that sound pretty good, actually… and making them sound GREAT. I like the part where he talks about taking little "jabs" at your readers, in a nice way, of course. This is truly the work of a master craftsman you are about to experience.
