Here's the plan for May:
Here are the categories I use for separating and storing tops:
Here's your method:
A â Awareness Remember your why. Why are you decluttering? What do you want your closetâand your morningsâto feel like?
B â Breathe Regulate your nervous system. Take a few deep breaths. This process can stir up emotionsâstay grounded and gentle with yourself.
C â Choose Intentionally keep what you love. Ask: Do I feel good in this? Does this fit my life now? Would I buy it again?
D â Declutter Let go of what no longer serves you. Release anything that doesn't support who you are todayâwithout guilt.
E â Eliminate Physically remove it from your home. Donate, recycle, or give away the items you're letting go of. Don't let the pile linger.
