This week James is joined by Jean-Charles Samuelian-Werve, the co-founder & CEO of Alan, the healthcare super-app offering personalized access to a health insurance coverage bundled with innovative healthcare services.
 
 Alan covers more than 200,000 insured members in France, Spain & Belgium. The company has raised €300m from investors such as Index Venturesnsince its creation in 2016.
 Jean-Charles is the author of Healthy Business, a book about company culture.
Prior to Alan, Jean-Charles co-founded Expliseat, which has revolutionized aircraft seating for economy class. He holds a MSc in Engineering from Ecole des Ponts Paristech, a MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs and is a member of the French Institute of Actuaries.
