Hvad sker der når en fyr, der ikke kan se en skid, får tusindvis til at følge ham i blinde? 🧘

Japanske Shoko Asahara mente, at han var både Buddha, Jesus og Shiva i én og samme person. Ud fra den tanke grundlagde han Aum Shinrikyo - en bizar kult, der levede i en fantasiverden af nostradamus-profetier, makrobølgeovne og anime. Og nå ja, en konstant frygt for verdens ende.

Det hele gik dog amok, da kulten pludselig besluttede sig for at bytte healing, yoga og meditation ud med militærtræning, masseødelæggelsesvåben og et af verdenshistoriens mest chokerende terrorangreb...
