During the first decade, he spent time learning many different specialities including sales, marketing, operations, compliance, collateral management and 401(k) plans. Over the last 7 years, Jake has built two successful 401(k) practices with a health benefits consulting firm as well as a private wealth management firm. 

Jake has a huge passion for helping the industry do better with training and transparency. He is the founder of the 401(k)lub, a community for anyone in the industry. He saw many other advisors miss the opportunity to successfully build their 401(k) practice and wanted to do more.
