Alex Simon was recognised as the strongest man in Australian history & third strongest in the world. The former strongman now cage fighter is the physical personification of confidence & brute force but as Alex describes, it's not always how he felt.

He spoke of an insecure young boy trying to find his place in the world, how a group of young mates & outlaw behaviour led him to a stint in a maximum security prison, how he discovered his potential between the walls of that prison & how he turned his life towards the noble pursuit of self understanding & excellence.
