During a recent trip to Georgetown University’s Institute for Politics and Public Service, Ben and Bob caught up with RTN favorites Doug Heye and Mo Elleithee for one last discussion before the 2016 elections. Mo and Doug give their assessment of how the election will end, the challenges that both parties will face going into 2017, and the impact that campaign finance reform, redistricting, and other policies have had on this election year.
Mo Elleithee is the founding Executive Director of Georgetown University's Institute of Politics and Public Service. Prior to joining GU in 2015, he was Communications Director for the Democratic National Committee.
Doug Heye is a political commentator for CNN and contributor to the Wall Street Journal. He previously served as deputy chief of staff for House Majority Leader Eric Cantor and Communications Director for the Republican National Committee.
