27. Alaina's PMDD Story and Symptom Transformation

When Alaina first reached out, she was drowning in a cycle of worsening PMDD symptoms while juggling work stress and ADHD. What started as occasional "waves of burnout" had escalated into a predictable pattern of debilitating symptoms affecting her for more than half of each cycle. 

 

Her Initial Challenges:

❤️‍🩹 Severe fatigue and brain fog

❤️‍🩹 Overwhelming anxiety and overstimulation

❤️‍🩹 Difficulty concentrating at work

❤️‍🩹 Digestive issues and bloating

❤️‍🩹 Painful cramps and headaches

❤️‍🩹 Emerging depressive episodes with tearfulness

 

"I was noticing that it's not just a few days or a week. This was something where I feel like this is affecting me more than it's not," Alaina shared. "I was watching things get worse, but I was having such a hard time getting traction on my own."

Over four transformative months in our PMDD Rehab & Nutritional Therapy Program, Alaina didn't just manage her symptoms – she reclaimed weeks of her life and discovered new levels of clarity and confidence.
