Welcome to a new month, and with it, a new Monthly Medicine episode of the podcast! 

In October we are waiting -- waiting for clarity, for a green light, for the go ahead. Things are radically changing this month, but it might not always feel like it. We want to take care not to unravel or jump into anything too early, or things might get a little messy. The key focus that will be asking for our attention this month is how we work with the waiting -- what stabilizing forces can we root into? How can we tend to ourselves through the preparation phase?
