Why do they raise the dead? What is the difference between them and Necrarchs? We look at these and other questions before focusing on two of the most dangerous necromancers in Warhammer Lore. First we tell the tale of the insane “Lichemaster” Heinrich Kemmler who,with the wight lord Krell, are characters almost as old as the Warhammer game itself. We then delve into the history and machinations of possibly the oldest character in Warhammer lore, Constant Drachenfels, a malevolent warlock who predates the arrival of the old ones.
