Sam Appleton is a winner of 15 IM 70.3 races, and has finished in the top 8 of the IM 70.3 World Championships for the last 4 years. He recently finished 4th in his first full distance race at Ironman Western Australia, after swimming and riding toe to toe with Ali Brownlee.
