In this "Monday mindset'' episode, we are talking about getting back to neutral, and how fast we can get ourselves back to neutral. Neutral is the place where we are not reactive, where we learn how to respond instead of react, and how there’s lots of room for all of us to learn this skill. Especially in this heightened time of judgment, scrutiny, differing opinions and fear, it is easy to find ourselves reacting to everything that is happening around us. This does not mean that we are not aware, not informed etc., it means that we are using our energy to live our best lives and share kindness, compassion and give back to humanity.
In this episode, we discuss:1. What is neutral? This is the space where we are not reacting to everything around us, especially in heightened or negative energetic ways.
