Everyday ADHD is a bonus episode featuring a collection of lived ADHD experiences from some of our listeners.  We know that having ADHD can make you feel alone, broken and different. Our aim is to amplify the voices of our community so that you can find solidarity in our shared experiences.

In our third episode we sit down with Luke  to discuss his ADHD Journey all the way from Australia. We chat about the weather (of course) Shell wants a Christmas Bikini and how Luke is managing his ADHD symptoms with  life on both Dexies & Vyvanse. We also discuss what the process of getting and ADHD assessment is like in Australia. We're so grateful to Luke for giving up his time, where he spoke to us at 6am due to different time zones! Such a fun conversation, we really enjoyed it. Thank you Luke.
