In the name of vulnerability, Brad (The Captain) has come together with 2 of his best mates Tye (Phoony) & Joey The Zoolander) for a series of episodes to tackle some of life’s big questions, topics & the tough stuff that we so often choose to battle in solitude.

The aim is to inspire you to connect with your mates in vulnerability & hold space for each other on the foundation of unconditional love & support, whilst encouraging positive mental health.

The boys feel so blessed to have the incredible friendship they do & it’s no coincidence that our depth of conversation has created such strength in our bond.

This week they delve into the topic of IDENTITY. The lads spent a weekend away working through some questions & taking some time to get reflective on their lives up until now & putting real focus on the question of 'who am I?' Each of them found that at 1 point in their journey, they had a crisis moment that encouraged them to question their identity & the kind of men they want to be. In this episode, they identified the point of crisis & discussed the actions they have taken to form the identity that allows them to show up in the world authentically.
