I was asked a question the other day that I loved!

Tracy, what are the sounds that we seek in a leader's voice to follow them.

I had a little trouble narrowing it down to three because there are many but in today's episode I'm sharing 3 sound with you that will cause us to want to follow a leader.

Truthfully, we are all leaders so these sounds are valuable and important for everyone.
