This week, Justin and Drew talk about Drew’s Fit2Fat2Forty journey. If you keep up with Drew, you’re probably familiar with fit2fat2fit, where Drew went from being fit to fat, and back to fit, all within one year.

This time around his mission has changed. Drew hopes to bring awareness to the importance of empathy - especially in the fitness industry. Justin and Drew discuss how empathy allows you to better connect with your clients, and most importantly, grow as a person.
