Welcome back to the daily gratitude minute. This is Scott Colby. And today I want to talk about how to turn a negative into a positive. You know, in any given day, we have lots of negative thoughts running through her head. They could be thoughts about us, other people or circumstances, things we don't have literally anything.
Well, my recommendation for you this week is to challenge your thoughts. And if they are rooted in negativity, then consciously redirect them into something kind and positive. Here's an example. I hate washing the dishes versus I am thankful that I have food to eat and therefore dishes to clean. It's the same dishes and same you, but a shifted perspective, one negative where the dead end energy and one positive.
With possibility for growth. Notice that the positive statement uses gratitude. The active appreciation is a great way to reframe a thought from negative to positive. If you're having negative thoughts, you can always turn to gratitude to change them to something more positive. You got this I am scott colby was say it with gratitude and this has been the daily gratitude minute cheers
