Sam Laidlow has been making headlines recently, winning the PTO supported races 140.6 Inn in Spain, beating Cam Wurf, and then finishing 2nd in the French middle distance championships the following weekend at TriGames Cagnes. We catch up with Sam, first a guest on the show in 2019 following his scorching 8.21 Ironman debut at Lakesman (still the fastest Iron distance time on UK soil) and hear about his plans for a head-to-head race with Joe Skipper at Ironman UK in July!

Taylor Knibb won the recent WTCS Yokohama event and booked her ticked for the Tokyo Olympics with Team USA. A former double junior World Champion and U23 World Champion, she dominated the field at Yokohama with her bike power, breaking away with Maya Kingma and then running for the win. We catch up with her to find out how it feels to qualify for the Olympics!
