There's obviously Beijing 2022 only a matter of weeks away and the hopes of more medals for Team GB from his world champion 'athletes' Bruce Mouat and Jen Dodds. And he has a real passion for the sport of Curling, but as we discuss the future of one of his former positions at British Athletics, he tells us "I don't think for a chief executive, you need to be from that sport."
