In this episode Dan and Anne discuss how bias stands in the way of team performance and how to overcome it.

Anne currently sits on the board of 3M and is the Lead Director at Franklin Covey as well as being a Senior Fellow and Adjunct Professor of Executive Education at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She was named to Fortune’s Most Powerful Women in Business twice, Forbes inaugural CEO Next List of Leaders and is a best-selling co-author of The Leader’s Guide to Unconscious Bias. Anne is the first woman of color CEO in AT&T's 140 year history. She holds bachelors and masters degrees in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Cornell University, and she is a graduate of the Pre-College Division of the Juilliard School of Music.
