Sounds like you are in fear. Fear of failure, fear of loss, fear of making a mistake.
"Never bounce back." What do you mean by that?
Maybe you lack of knowledge.
Talk to your FA. Learn about what you already have.
Decide what you want to learn about.

Realize you will make mistakes. I did.
You can recover and learn to be successful. You look young, so good for you for learning at a young age.
