Andrew Garside completed his first Iron distance event at the Dalesman in 2021 at the age of 56. Despite not having started triathlon until his early 40s, and despite not considering himself sporty as a child, Andrew has discovered he loves pushing himself ! We catch up with him to hear his story so far, and how, as he puts it - “ you’re never too old!”
