Employee retention is something that many companies, large and small, struggle with constantly. Despite this obvious pain point, there has not really been a fintech-focused approach to attacking this problem. Stock options and season tickets to ballgames will only motivate, or be appropriate for, certain audiences. But everyone loves cash.
