There comes a time in your healing journey when it's time for energy work.

Healing happens in stages. In the beginning, you want to talk about why you have dirty dishes in the sink. You want to analyze and understand.

Next, you figure out how to remove and clean said dishes.

Then, comes the invisible. Even when you cleared your sink, there's still a residue. There's a smell. You can't put your finger on it it but you know it's there. There's something in the drain.

Time for energy work.

Intentional energy work gets to the core of how your nervous system, your energetic body, and your emotions are all intertwined together.

When you understand everything mentally, but rarely work on the emotional intelligence required in your physical body to navigate the frequency and energetic shifts of your healing… you come to a standstill.

It feels like you're stuck.

You know there's still something there, but it doesn't make sense logically anymore.

This is energetic. You can't think you're way out of this. You must feel and recalibrate your energy.
