The early bird catches the worm, or so they say. Do you have an early morning ritual, or have you always been a night owl? Our guest today has had her fair share of late nights. Yet, as the pandemic hit in its heyday of 2020, she found herself desiring more and more to make a significant change for the better. Jada de Goey Teatino-Climacos’ passion now lies in supporting women to live their fullest lives through The Rise & Shine Collective which offers guidance, support and training to women wanting to become early risers and use their mornings in the most powerful way to support themselves, their life and their big goals.
The Rise and Shine Collective came about following Jada’s own struggle with shifting from being a night owl all her life, to wanting to start rising with the sun to fulfil her desire for more time to herself, to fill her own cup before the family and business were on top of her. Listen in as I chat to Jada about:
Creating a morning routine which you love, no matter what stage of life you are at.
The mental, emotional and spiritual benefits of creating a morning routine and how rising early has benefited her success.
How early rising can improve mindset, self-love and conscious thoughts towards our health and well-being.
I encourage you to follow Jada as she offers the accountability, support and guidance she couldn’t find for herself, which she knew would have made all the difference to speeding up the process of becoming an early riser.
