Then we go into depth on a super cool programming hack I use to make programming for athletes a TON easier and more effective!

In this episode I sit with Molly Marco a local here in the Detroit metro area that I know through a network of mutual friends. Molly is a Grade 3 Anaplastic Astrocytoma (Brain cancer) patient that I wanted to have on and chat because she has started her own running group for cancer patients and also continues to be very vocal on social media about the ins and outs of living with cancer and pushing past adversity and doing whatever she wants. She is (as self quoted) "Very good at having cancer".
