Love influences the consciousness of individuals and impacts society and the world at large. Achieving the highest level of consciousness is to live in the vibration of love, our natural state of being. As a result of our current world challenge and problems witnessed daily, we have an opportunity to enter a new era of evolution. Now, we are discerning what life is all about and what really matters. We are sorting out deep conditioned beliefs and society values that no longer reflect who we are nor serve our highest good.

Love is fundamental to human existence. However, fear-based prejudices and attitudes have shaped our worldview and perceptions of ourselves. This reality is different from the reality of love. Despite our need for human bonding and social connection, our prison of suffering is created by separation, ignorance and injustice. It's time to discard outworn beliefs, become free, and raise our consciousness to the vibration of love.

As referenced, love is the solution to our problems, but it is also our greatest challenge. Love is the light that shines in our hearts, the doorway to inner peace, path to Oneness, and the lamp that guides our way forward. Therefore, the meaning of love extends far beyond expressions of mere sentiments and objects of love. It is the ultimate driver of our lives. Conscious loving can be achieved by Loving yourself, Living your potential, Loving wholeheartedly, and Living by higher ideals. Dr. Jean Marie highlights each.

Our Love In Action Practice is to explore whether or not you are living your potential and being and doing what you love. Are you staying in your comfort zone? Are you living your potential? Journal on these points. If you are moving forward, how have you managed to do so and how have you become resilient. If you have not, choose one thing that speaks to your heart and image how you would feel achieving your heart's desire. Take a small step toward your desire and see where it takes you.
