Octavia Aquino, 4, was pronounced dead after being found unresponsive at an apartment in Evansville, Indiana last week. The girl’s mother, Destiny Rhoades, and Rhoades’ 16-year-old “boyfriend,” Christian Gonzalez, were both arrested. According to an affidavit, officers saw bruises on the child, as well as what appeared to be a human bite mark on her arm.
