Owen Frazier might seem like just the guy you bring your car to but he’s built a life far beyond that.
As the oldest of nine, Owen learned early that if he wanted something, he had to go out and get it. His love for cars and career obsession started around five years old in Austria, flipping through Mercedes , Volkswagen, and BMW annual reports and calling out the names of cars as they whizzed by.
In high school, Owen wasn’t just focused on grades—he was growing his startup, Frazier Landscaping. By his first semester of college, he sold it and, realizing the traditional path wasn’t for him, dropped out and headed west to chase his dreams.
There he attended a high-performance automotive program, earned a certification, and boldly called the owner of Auto Tronics, Twist, saying, “I’ll see you Monday.” That move ultimately led him to become a part-owner of the company.
At 35, Owen has been with his 8th-grade sweetheart for 22 years. Reflecting on his life, he emphasizes that neither he nor his parents ever waited until they were “ready.” His advice: if you wait until you’re ready, it’s too late—whether it’s having kids, starting a business, you name it.
Owen is now the youngest Academy board member and credits much of his success to the unique role models and village that helped raise him.
A fun, refreshing conversation with a young dad sharing his story and what truly matters to him.
