Tokyo 2020 wasn't the Olympics British Rowing was used to. The Paralympic team once again did the business on the water.

So the person who was in charge of that successful Para squad is now in overall charge of performance. Louise Kingsley is a former coach and PE teacher and was appointed at the end of 2021.
