Each one of the strengths we have focused on this week, Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual can provide you with a different benefit. Consider working on all of them to achieve a more balanced life.
Courage, resilience, happiness, and self awareness are all benefits of working on all of the strengths we have discussed.
Remember a challenge is an opportunity to work on a particular type of strength that relates to the particular challenge. Do not pass up the opportunity to work on a particular strength when a challenge arrives!
