Kindness whether you are showing it or receiving it helps people feel as part of the community. Feeling like a part of a community is important to all of us. Dopamine and serotonin are triggered from being kind as well as showing kindness. If you are showing kindness you are also not looking for ways to criticize or complain.
Today’s challenge: Find one person in your life and write them a Thank You note. This can be anyone, as long as you are expressing sincere gratitude. You can mail it, deliver it by hand but the message is what you wrote.
Remember practice makes perfect. With your hormones being triggered, You can become addicted to Kindness.
